We are sad to see dat sum of our friends have crossed to da Rainbow Bridge. So we want to say how furry sorry we are dat a member of da family is now gone and dat you had woo your hearts broken.
We have also lost a member of our family too, my sister Vada (but maw will do a post later) as maw is still dealin' wid a broken heart.

But we is also furry happy to see that der are sum new additions to sum of dese families and we want to say "HAROOOO and WELCOME!

A Pawdicure

Well, it's dat time of da month. Not what woo think.

It's pawdicure time.

Wonder who it gonna be dis time. Not me Maw! I don't like that thing. My feety feet are good.

Backing up. Backing up. Backing away from that spinny thing.Looks like it's Ivanna's turn and she is not to happy about it. She won't even look at Maw.

Maw don't like how her feety feet look. Needs a fur trimmin' and nail grinding she says. See how good dey look when the fur gits trimmed between da paw pads?

Maw, I really don't want to watch when woo trim my nails. Does this really have to be done?

Maw would have taken pics as she did Ivanna's nails but she said she didn't have a fourth hand. She's not like us.

All done! Thanks Maw! Now my feety feet look good. Even if I don't like getting it done.

Ma and Paw Escape!

Ma and Paw escaped us yesterday! I found dese pics on Ma's flashy box.

Dis looks like sum old rundown buildin'. Could ma and paw have been wanderin' around in dis? Yep they were, but not in dis old part. Dis is da old Bethlehem Steel Plant in Pa. and ma and paw stayed in da Sands Hotel dat was re-furr-bished from part of dis old buildin'. Here is Pa lookin' at some of the old pics of da original place. This is from one of da hallways in da hotel. Furry nice, huh?Dis was da view out der window. See da trains?? Der is 2 of dem der.
Then dey went to a museum dat had a display of cars celebratin' 100 years of Chevy. Cool color! And den dey had some wittle snacks in da old fashioned diner! Pa had lots of cheese ma says. We just love Cheese!

We did manage to git ma and pa back home today where dey belong.

We are jest gonna have to build a bigger fence to keep dem here.

Serene Sunday Mornin'

I finally gots Maw to sit a spell and start workin' on my blog again.

Happy Gotcha' Day

Sorry we ain't been postin' lately but maw and pa have been furry busy dis summer.

But we be skippin' dat part cause Maw has sumptin' to say here.

I just want to wish my sweet little red head a 2nd Happy Gotcha' Day! I am so glad we took him into our home. He is such a sweetie and a joy to have.

But now, he thinks he is King of the household and likes to have his treats delivered to him either on one of his pillows or in his bed. I think he is taking this a bit too far.

Here is his baby picture that made me fall in love with him.

Why does Maw hasta always show my baby picture??? But I does look cute. And I always will look cute, ummmm, handsome.

We celebrated wid sumptin' special Maw made called Punkin' Paws. It actually be punkin' bread but made in paw shaped muffin cups. Dey was so furry yummy.

Tragedy of Bear Bear

HaRoooo Y'all,

By now, a lot of woo know about da horrible tragedy of Bear-Bear, a 3 yr. old siberian husky.

It is so furry sad and we is prayin' dat dey open da case and charge dat horrible hooman.

Here is what Maw wrote to sum fishels and I gives her permission to puts it on my blog.

How dare the police department not file charges against this so called officer! What he did was cruel and unjustified. This is very sickening.
This is NOT JUSTICE! This so called officer took the life of a beloved family pet. He did not even give that kid a chance to get Bear Bear!!!! The investigation is one-sided. And a lot of us can see that! Now you have one gun happy cop out there who can shoot at anything he pleases.
He needs to replace that husky by paying for the adoption of another husky to that family. Plus he needs to make a SIZABLE DONATION to Tails of the Tundra.
His shepherd did not have one scratch or bite mark from that husky because they were playing.
Talk about a guy who does not know about dogs and how they interact with one another. He need classes to understand dog body language and how they interact if he is the owner of a German Shepherd Dog.AND HE NEEDS HIS GUN TAKEN AWAY!!!!!!!

Dis is our story and we is stickin' to it.

My New Bandanna

Harooooo Y'all!

Sorry maw hasn't been bloggin' so much. Summer's here and maw says der is lots to do out der. I has to keep nudgin' maw to check out da udder blogs so I's could see what all my furiends are doin'.

I's wanted to show woo all my new bandanna and yeller tag. It's a special working bandanna.

I didn't think I had to go to work. Maw and Pa do all dat so's dey can bring da dog food and treats home fur us.

I guessin' dis will be a fun type of working though. Maw says dis is my Therapy Dog bandanna and "I am a Therapy Dog" yeller tag dat I gotta wear when we go visitin' people and kids in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, libraries and udder places.


I gits to offer my paws in emotional support fur a lot of people dat feel sick, or dat need to pet a nice furry dawg like me to make dem feel a little bit happier.

I kin has kids read to me too! I think I will like listening to stories. Maw tells dem all da time bout us.

Maw gots all dis stuff in da mail about me being a Therapy Dog and what we has to do and how to behave. I think I behave purty well. I efen gots an ID card wid my picture on it.

Dis looks like it could be an eggsiting adventure! I gits to go lots more places with Maw now. I loves to travel and see peoples. It gits me outta da house away from my bossy sister Ivanna fur a wittle bit.

So all woo husky puppers and not husky puppers, woo kin do dis too! It takes practice and hard work but in da end, it's gonna be fun.

And to sum of those who thoughts huskies couldn't do this..... Phbbbbbbbt.

Well, we has been tryin' to keep sumptin hush hush until I gots my papers. And here dey are!

Dis is my Canine Good Citizen diploma from da AKC! Don't worry. I is jest holdin' a copy of it. Maw didn't trust me not to eat da real one.
I had to take da test fur a second time causin' da first time I failed. Jest one wittle tiny command I refused to do. Kin woo guess da command? It was "Come". I was jest bein' da typical Husky. True to my breed.

Anyway, I took da test a second time and passed! Maw was so furry happy and proud of me!
She took me to Mickey D's fur a double cheeseburger and ice cream. Me and only me! I gotta do dis more often.
