Maw also keeps sum of our medicines and vitamins, bandages, tootbrush and yummy tootpaste in dese too! Dis way she knows where to find dem.

Happy Gotcha' Day

Harooooo Y'all.

Sorry we ain't been postin' lately but maw and pa have been furry busy dis summer.

But we be skippin' dat part cause Maw has sumptin' to say here.

I just want to wish my sweet little red head a 2nd Happy Gotcha' Day! I am so glad we took him into our home. He is such a sweetie and a joy to have.

But now, he thinks he is King of the household and likes to have his treats delivered to him either on one of his pillows or in his bed. I think he is taking this a bit too far.

Here is his baby picture that made me fall in love with him.

Why does Maw hasta always show my baby picture??? But I does look cute. And I always will look cute, ummmm, handsome.

We celebrated wid sumptin' special Maw made called Punkin' Paws. It actually be punkin' bread but made in paw shaped muffin cups. Dey was so furry yummy.

Tragedy of Bear Bear

HaRoooo Y'all,

By now, a lot of woo know about da horrible tragedy of Bear-Bear, a 3 yr. old siberian husky.

It is so furry sad and we is prayin' dat dey open da case and charge dat horrible hooman.

Here is what Maw wrote to sum fishels and I gives her permission to puts it on my blog.

How dare the police department not file charges against this so called officer! What he did was cruel and unjustified. This is very sickening.
This is NOT JUSTICE! This so called officer took the life of a beloved family pet. He did not even give that kid a chance to get Bear Bear!!!! The investigation is one-sided. And a lot of us can see that! Now you have one gun happy cop out there who can shoot at anything he pleases.
He needs to replace that husky by paying for the adoption of another husky to that family. Plus he needs to make a SIZABLE DONATION to Tails of the Tundra.
His shepherd did not have one scratch or bite mark from that husky because they were playing.
Talk about a guy who does not know about dogs and how they interact with one another. He need classes to understand dog body language and how they interact if he is the owner of a German Shepherd Dog.AND HE NEEDS HIS GUN TAKEN AWAY!!!!!!!

Dis is our story and we is stickin' to it.

Serene Sunday Not

Well it's been a scorcher out der da past coupla days.

So's maw put up da pool and guess who be hoggin' it to hisself?

Hmmm, looks nice cool and refreshing. But do I really want to get all wet right now? Nawww, I'll jest wait till later.

My New Bandanna

Harooooo Y'all!

Sorry maw hasn't been bloggin' so much. Summer's here and maw says der is lots to do out der. I has to keep nudgin' maw to check out da udder blogs so I's could see what all my furiends are doin'.

I's wanted to show woo all my new bandanna and yeller tag. It's a special working bandanna.

I didn't think I had to go to work. Maw and Pa do all dat so's dey can bring da dog food and treats home fur us.

I guessin' dis will be a fun type of working though. Maw says dis is my Therapy Dog bandanna and "I am a Therapy Dog" yeller tag dat I gotta wear when we go visitin' people and kids in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, libraries and udder places.

I gits to offer my paws in emotional support fur a lot of people dat feel sick, or dat need to pet a nice furry dawg like me to make dem feel a little bit happier.

I kin has kids read to me too! I think I will like listening to stories. Maw tells dem all da time bout us.

Maw gots all dis stuff in da mail about me being a Therapy Dog and what we has to do and how to behave. I think I behave purty well. I efen gots an ID card wid my picture on it.

Dis looks like it could be an eggsiting adventure! I gits to go lots more places with Maw now. I loves to travel and see peoples. It gits me outta da house away from my bossy sister Ivanna fur a wittle bit.

So all woo husky puppers and not husky puppers, woo kin do dis too! It takes practice and hard work but in da end, it's gonna be fun.

And to sum of those who thoughts huskies couldn't do this..... Phbbbbbbbt.
